We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before placing a COD order.

COD Terms & Conditions

  • COD is available on select pin codes and locations only.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Partial payments will not be accepted.
  • Please keep the exact change ready as our delivery partners may not carry change.
  • Orders above a certain value may not be eligible for COD. This limit is subject to change without prior notice.
  • COD orders are subject to verification. We may call you to confirm your order before dispatch.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Order Confirmation

After placing a COD order, you may receive a confirmation call or SMS from our team. Please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

Delivery & Acceptance

  • Please inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  • Once accepted and payment is made, returns will be processed as per our Return Policy.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery. After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.

⚠️ Important Notice: Fake & Fraudulent COD Orders

🚨 Strict Action Against Fake COD Orders

We have observed a rise in fake, prank, and fraudulent COD orders. Placing a fake COD order is a serious offence and will result in the following actions:

  • Blacklisting: Your name, phone number, email, and address will be permanently blacklisted from our platform. You will not be able to place any future orders.
  • Prepayment Requirement: Any future orders from flagged accounts will require full prepayment before dispatch — COD will not be available.
  • Legal Action: Repeated or intentional fake orders may be reported to the appropriate authorities and legal action may be initiated under applicable laws.
  • Financial Loss Recovery: We reserve the right to recover shipping, handling, and restocking costs incurred due to fake orders.

We urge all customers to place orders only if they genuinely intend to purchase. If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately to cancel it before dispatch.
