Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.

📧 To initiate a return or exchange: Email us at info@vcreate4uhub.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the product.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • We accept exchanges for size issues or wrong product received.
  • We will exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value at no extra charge, including reverse pickup.
  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the difference in amount must be paid online.
  • Free exchange on size issues — no refund on size issues.
  • Exchange/return requests will only be processed once per order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective products delivered to you.
  • To claim a refund, email info@vcreate4uhub.co.in with your order details, description of the defect, and clear photographs.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • In exceptional cases where a return is accepted (correct and undamaged order delivered), Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup costs.
  • Products bought during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original sticker/label must be intact and attached.
  • Product must be properly folded and packed to avoid transit damage.
  • Any product used or washed even once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Slight variation in colour or design from website/social media images is not grounds for return or refund.
  • If the defect is found to be caused by customer actions or omissions, we will not be responsible for a refund.
  • Do not accept a visibly damaged package at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not qualify under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code
  • Used or washed products
  • Products with missing original labels
